Waters Landing Association is comprised of 9 townhome, 6 single family, 6 condominium, and 4 apartment communities.  Waters Landing is the "umbrella association" for all of our  neighborhoods.  Please take a few minutes to read our Welcome Letter which offers a brief overview of the community you live in.

Streets in the single family neighborhoods have snow removal through Montgomery County, NOT Waters Landing. Please contact Montgomery County for questions or concerns regarding snow removal if you live in a single family neighborhood.  If you live in a condominium, please contact your condominium management company for questions or concerns regarding snow removal.
