Welcome to Waverly
We are a quaint, carriage house design community within the the Churchill Foundation area of Germantown. Our neighborhood is comprosied of 78 homes, priding ourselves on community interaction, and the betterment of of our neighborhood.
Our governance is through the Board of Directors, assisted by Community Asociations, Inc and Peggy Toland, our community manager. The Board and Peggy speak almost daily and meet monthly. Please check the Community Calendar for the next meeting.
