Waters House is a community comprised of 248 condominiums.  We are managed in partnership by a Board of Directors and Affiliated Property Management.  The Board speaks with the management company almost daily and meets regularly.  We appreciate your participation.

Our community manager is Eileen Benecke.  You have probably seen her walking through the community early in the morning and late at night to help address the many issues which face our community on an ongoing basis.
