The 2010 application form, pool rules, calendar, and fliers for swim team, swim lessons, and water aerobics can also be found at the Association office.
Every resident is REQUIRED to have a pool pass to gain entry to both pools!
NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
The application form must be filled out every year.
Pool passes will NOT be mailed to your home. You will receive your passes when you bring in your application form. Passes will not be processed until you have brought your application in with a valid photo id (i.e. driver's license, government issued id, etc.) with your Waters Landing address. Only one valid adult photo id is required to pick up passes for a household.
Do NOT mail your application to the office.
Passes will not be processed if you mail your application form.
PASSES WILL ONLY BE PROCESSED IN-PERSON.
You will NOT be able to receive pool passes for any of the following reasons:
- Past due assessments
- Architectural or Office Violations
- You have not presented a valid photo id
- You have not completed and signed the 2010 application form
By signing the application form you acknowledge that you have read & understand the pool rules which apply to both pools
- Tenants have not provided landlord's signature on application & a copy of the current lease

AMENDMENT TO POOL A FOR THE 2010 SEASON:
The concrete deck at pool A was replaced prior to the 2010 season. For the 2010 season, flip-flops or sandals must be worn on the pool deck at all times in order to protect your feet.
