Little Seneca Lake

Our lake is part of the Black Hill Regional Park area of the Maryland National Capital Park
and Planning Commission.
Boating is permitted between March 1 and December 15 - with a couple of rules:
*All boats must have a seasonal or daily permit
*No gasoline powered boats are allowed
*Boats may only be launched from the boat ramp in the park
*Sailboats with a fixed keel or mast over 18 feet are prohibited
*Windsurfers and Sailboards are not allowed
Swimming and Wading are prohibited, as are Alcoholic Beverages.
There can be some good fishing on the lake. The park has special "Trophy Bass Fishing
Area" regulations in effect.
